They want to get to know you and get interested in the things that you do outside of work. Everything isn't always work-based so it's nice to know them on a more personal level

I think if the CO office was located in Denver (maybe somewhere downtown) then employees would be happier to go into the office and it would be a more fun environment.

I believe I have been the most excited about coming onboard with ENC. It's been years since I was excited about showing up for work and it's been the first time that. I've been able to utilize my full background and incorporate experiences throughout my career for 1 position. It's awesome.
