While out benefits are fully covered by the company - which is awesome - The co-pay and out of pocket costs can be pretty high. As far as compensation goes I feel like I bring more value to the company than is reflected in my salary

It is quickly dissipating, but the depth that we taking in working with our clients was our strongest trait. Many of the newer clients we obtained were by recommendation from existing clients. Our new business model will likely have to come up with a stronger retention plan.
