EnergyCAP is an awesome fast paced company. I enjoy the day to day and all of the people I interreact with. Recently I have become less optimistic about the future. I feel like there are a lot of changes being made for the sake of change and they arnt being thought through to fully see the impact.

Seeing things work and work without issues makes me happy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the positive culture is slowly eroding. We went from very positive to now cautiously optimistic
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if my compensation matched more with the industry standard rather than well below
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very well connected and engaged. We are always ready to get to work and find a solution
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are member of the leadership team that are personable and I feel like I can talk to but that is not the same for everyone on the team
