Ms. Erica Borenstein has been General Counsel and Secretary at Farmland Partners Inc. since 2016. Ms. Borenstein served as the General Counsel and Vice President of International Sales and Distribution of Newton Running Company, Inc. from 2008 to 2015. Ms. Borenstein served as Chief Counsel of the Broadband Services Division for CSG Systems, Inc. from 2001 to 2007. Prior to joining CSG Systems, Inc., Ms. Borenstein worked as an Attorney in private practice. Ms. Borenstein has a B.A. in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis and a J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law.

Mr. Luca Fabbri has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Farmland Partners Inc. since September 27, 2013 and served as its , Secretary since September 27, 2013. Mr. Fabbri has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of American Agriculture Since November 2011. He was a founder of Co3 Systems Inc., an enterprise software company in Cambridge, MA and served as its vice president of engineering from January 2010 to October 2011. From January 2003 to September 2012, Mr. Fabbri was a consultant with Elk Creek Ventures Inc., providing consulting services in technology, finance and corporate development. From April 2000 to December 2002, Mr. Fabbri served as head of corporate development for Jazz Technologies, Inc. From August 1997 to January 2000, Mr. Fabbri was an associate in mergers and acquisitions in the London office of Merrill Lynch & Co. He began his career in Italy as a technology and operations consultant. Mr. Fabbri also founded HomeSphere, a software company. Mr. Fabbri served as Chief Financial Officer and senior vice president of HomeSphere Inc. from April 2000 to December 2002. Prior to HomeSphere, Mr. Fabbri served as Chief Financial Officer of TheJobsite.com. Before forming TheJobsite.com, he was an Investment Banker in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Merrill Lynch International in London. Prior to Merrill Lynch, he was Partner of Vector and Imtec. He Co-founded Vector and Imtec. Mr. Fabbri has a B.S. Honors in Economics from the University of Naples (Italy) and an MBA in Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Richard Keck serves as the Vice President of Operations of Farmland Partners Inc.. Richard started at Farmland Partners Inc. in August of 2015. Richard currently resides in Greater Denver Area.

Cortland Barnes serves as the VP of Business Development of Farmland Partners Inc.. Cortland started at Farmland Partners Inc. in July of 2016. Cortland currently resides in Greater Denver Area.
