It is a hostile IT environment. Non-Indian US domestic workers are being pushed out after because my forced to train h1b and offshore. Male Indians are hired in by male Indian director/cio and quickly promoted to Mgr with 0 experience. Then they start by road blocking you and sabotage your EEO.
