We all cry to work as a team

They show up to work.

My teams works together and communicates but most importantly we help each other.

The team is good everybody works well together

Geeat hard working folks there

The team is suffering through too many moving directives from the Leadership is what keeps us bonded as we care for servicing our customers and suppliers and have to work thru the unstructured leadership.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Too match playing around. Constant laying out. They actually hired back a former employee that just never came back to work 2 different times from one day to the next
