I like my manager; organized, collaborative, flexible. I am not impressed with the management a couple of levels up; not in tune with daily operations.

Hiring managers that know gow to msnage employees
There needs to be proper training
Human resources needs to be professional and mature
Improve communication and direction to avoid confusion in getting assients done
Buy parts competitively and dont jack up pricing to customers so that you do not compete.
EEOC needs to investigate this company. Had too many US non-Indian coworkers get discriminated and pushed out. Seems EEO ratio is not favorable for American IT local candidates.
