Poor management, told i would have to work 1 Saturday a month when i was hired but have to work 2 Saturdays which is 6 days a week

I get numbers are important to the overall out ome of the company and business, however the people are who get you there, how about listening to the real reason this company is relevant and let them take care of the customers and sell parts, instead of beating over our heads a new direction monthly
