There needs to be proper training
Human resources needs to be professional and mature
Improve communication and direction to avoid confusion in getting assients done
Buy parts competitively and dont jack up pricing to customers so that you do not compete.
The hourly pay. Is okay

Fleet pride walks on the backs of low level expendable employees
401k match is horrendous. They are changing osr pay that will benefit the company over a million in savings
Been discriminated,harassed and told no to other open positions even when qualified.

Too match playing around. Constant laying out. They actually hired back a former employee that just never came back to work 2 different times from one day to the next

The free coffee and some times the ice and water maxhine works.

Promote and hire more non-Indian US IT local talent. There is PLENTY of local talent whose applications are overlooked.

Very easy to speak your mind.
Very professionally businesswise at Kerman
In the beginning the managers all act like they have it together. 3 months down the road you see they don't.
The questions and interaction. I liked both interviews.
It needs to be more positive..Manager needs to be more respectful towards employees
The hiring director interviewed me around 3pm and was falling asleep. I was being interviewed for a position the worker went on disability.

Let the people that know the industry do their jobs. Its all about the customer. Period!
Stop the blatant abuse of Indians hiring and promoting only Indians. Stop discrimination of IT women.
