I feel like Gametime is a place where someone can come and truly grow, whether that be as an individual contributer or as a manager (I went from one to the other). The company is growing fast and being a part of that growth and seeing your impact is very fulfilling.

Gametime is the perfect startup experience. It's big enough that people know it, but small enough that you feel your contributions as an employee are meaningful and felt. You're recognized and are supported by your colleagues for your good effort and have a work life balance that is healthy.

A shared passion for live events, whether that be sports or music.

I'm paid competitively and have good health care. I also love remote work. Work life balance has improved.

They're all unique individuals with a lot of personality. They also skew older than me, so they're a bit more mature and can be trusted more.

Working with my team. We've been achieving a lot of company goals and it's motivating to come in and see how much further we can push things.

I feel like we're building towards something. The future prospects of the company seem bright and reaching that goal is a big part of what motivates me each morning.

Besides a competitive salary, the tenure bonuses are a welcome surprise when they come around. I do wish there were more annual bumps to look forward to, but I understand that in the interest of growth, that isn't the priority right now.

They seem to have an employee-first mindset. Generally speaking, they seem to have learned a lot from the COVID experience and have prioritized employee satisfaction in a way that I think has created a more friendly workplace environment that motivates employees to work hard.

Everyone on my team is very talented, so when I work on a project that I feel they're invested in, its fun to see what they can do. There's no better feeling than working on something with others who share an equal motivation to create good work.

There's something of a work hard/play hard mindset. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of our app credit to attend live events and share those experiences over Slack with colleagues. It's all very supportive, and I enjoy seeing what my colleagues across the country are up to.

They seem invested in the success of the comapany. There's a good mix of young, hungry individuals who want Gametime to be their ticket to the good life, and more seasoned individuals who've done it before and believe they can do it again. This isnt their first rodeo.
