Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've spent almost my whole career at Grammarly, and I've stayed here because it's simply been a great place to work for me. I've gotten to learn a lot, experiment with different roles, work on projects I enjoy, make friend, enjoy the people I work with, and create wonderful memories.

It's a combination of salary and equity. We also get benefits like food and team offsites.

Working with wonderful, talented people. My manager has also helped me find the work that I enjoy and my talents are best suited for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our values aren't plastered on the wall, but they are felt throughout the organization. It creates a strong culture of trust and collaboration as a result. Since our values are so integrated into hiring, it's also known what kind of priority they hold within the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
After being at Grammarly for a number of years, I feel confident about the leadership's ability to make values-driven decisions. They continually push themselves to apply those values as best in the best possible way. I also feel heard when I have feedback or questions for the leadership team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are friendly, willing to step outside their responsibilities to help you, share similar values, and are talented both in and outside of work. I'm regularly inspired by the people I work with and take the time to get to know them as individuals. Grammarly's team is definitely a highlight!
