love my teammates and that I can work from home and make. my own hours more or less, would love more competitive pay and to be considered an employee

would love more clarity on what "executive team" means vs "leadership" and who those people are... also would be nice to have a "maybe/in between response" For the guide team, the ADs seem aprochable but we rarely have contact with them and they are in a v diff time zone than the intl team

on the intl team we are ICs and not employees and do not get many of the benefits employees get. I feel pay wages are not out in the open and everyone on my team is being paid different amounts... plus the fact we are in higher tax brackets as ICs than those gettings W2s though being paid the same
