Seeing our teams level up. We're growing rapidly and seeing tons of success at the same time. Everyone understands that change is inevitable, and tends to embrace that fact.

We constantly have eyes on "better." Bettering our product, our processes and ourselves. We speak very openly about career paths as a company, making sure employees see the options in front of them and don't feel boxed in.

The team worked with my schedule and didn't leave me in the dark. I got to meet with a wide variety of stakeholders in the business, which made it easier for me to understand the inner workings of Highspot.

The founders and executives all come with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Yes, we encounter new challenges along the road, but nothing seems to phase our leadership team. They either A) have seen it before, or B) possess enough valuable experience to take things in stride.
