Open, inclusive and transparent about most things

Very much the cliche about work hard play hard mentality. We all work hard to do our part to improve the product and serve our customer needs, but we also have a lot of fun doing it. People are really valued here.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Leave no stone unturned and really vet each candidate

Even though I had to go through the all day "gauntlet" interview process, the interview at lunch was actually at a restaurant - the company took care of the bill!

Being able to work on a product at the startup phase is so exciting - I have a chance to make a big impact and improve things that can help our customers and make us the best product in our class!
