There is so much opportunity to grow at Highspot, not only on the sales team, but throughout the whole company. It is great to see other team members who have started on the ADR team grow and expand into different roles such as AE, Customer Services, Sales Engineering, Sales Manager, etc. The leadership on the sales team really want to see you be successful and play to your strengths so they help you achieve whatever career goals you feel best fit for you.
How are layoffs handled in the Sales department at Highspot?
There's many conversations leading up to someone being let go, however we have had to let few people leave due to our on-going training and incredible culture
