The company is trying to create a work environment that support collaboration, which I think it's done for the most part. The people are pretty nice and folks are genuinely friendly and helpful. The company wants to be a great place to work and strives to improve the benefits and work environment for workers. There are frequent social events and group outings. Employee feedback and seats on a steering committee that have been working to bring more benefits are helpful. Unfortunately, I continuously hear salaries are on the low end which can cause hard feelings among hard workers.
