The Executive leadership is new and they seem to be making a lot of really positive changes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get one paid Volunteer day plus $100 for the organization!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been here several years and had very low yearly increases and little to no job grow or room for growth opportunity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
teamwork, self-lessness, willingness to jump in and help out
