Overall company culture is good. Revenue and GTM teams have poor a culture. Stop micromanaging and trust your team. Get more experienced leaders. Align your strategies from all GTM teams. Don't make promises you can't keep.
Keep hiring new blood from the outside to invigorate and enhance the culture.
