I couldn't be happier. They are so open to ideas and always willing to engage you in discussion. We are allowed to spend our time on hobby projects to improve the company as well (as long as we get our work done). I genuinely feel like the work do makes an impact on the company's trajectory.

There is a true partnership across different teams - there isn't one group that dominates the company. Many tech companies are "sales led" or "engineering led" .. and the other teams have to go along with (often bad) decisions driven by the one that is strongest.

Very competitive pay, stock options, and a ridiculously good benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability, family assistance, transportation stipend - it's unreal).

There is a very strongly shared sense of mission - that we're all working together to help customers solve a hard problem that gets in the way of their success. It helps a lot that the product is for sales & marketing to use, so the whole companies constantly uses & understands the product.

HR fully prepares you for success. I have never experienced that before.

Seeing what a difference our product makes for our customers! We have really high levels of adoption and usage, unlike a lot of business products which struggle to get people to use them.
