The people I work with and the support of my team. Our customers are also really engaging to speak with, and challenge us in new ways. The free coffee and snacks don't hurt :)

Consistently the smartest and most insightful people I've ever worked with... without the ego. I work on interesting problems, and get to collaborate with other really smart people to solve problems. Everyone is willing to help and contribute their expertise. Couldn't ask for more!
