The environment at Highspot is energetic, collaborative, fun, fast-paced and competitive (externally.) The cutlture is centered around respect, trust, and pride of work. I couldn’t ask for a more vibrant, diverse, and exciting culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a woman and feel that I am being paid fairly within our organization. I am rewarded for the work I produce. The best part about the compensation package is the option to purchase stock at Highspot.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is by far the best team I have ever worked with in any organization. The level of talent is incredible and everyone is committed to seeing others success. Not only is everyone intelligent, strategic, and driven, but they are great people who are team players. Best team ever!
