What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is united with a common vision and purpose for the future. We all help each other because we want each other to succeed. :)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive pay, stock options, and a ridiculously good benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability, family assistance, transportation stipend - it's unreal).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is SO SMART. I feel like just coming in to work every day is a little oasis of intelligent conversation and efficiency. It's a beautiful thing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was made to feel very comfortable. The interview was very conversational and I was able to answer all of the difficult questions without an overwhelming feeling of anxiety.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I couldn't be happier. They are so open to ideas and always willing to engage you in discussion. We are allowed to spend our time on hobby projects to improve the company as well (as long as we get our work done). I genuinely feel like the work do makes an impact on the company's trajectory.
