Working at Hometap is an adventure in that we are creating a new industry from scratch and growing very quickly at the same time. The pace is fast but not frantic. The team is smart and pragmatic. Working remotely has pros and cons and the company has worked hard to build a positive culture.

Besides remote work (I'd rather be in the office with everyone!) it has been fun driving growth and what's required to scale this further in the coming years.
