I think they do a great job at being transparent and keeping us all in the loop. They also make it easy for us to understand things that may be outside of our scope.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't have to think twice about taking a mental health day. Sick days don't count as our PTO [even though we have unlimited PTO], and we have fantastic health insurance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
- More transparency on promotion timeline / cycle, raises (at the very least we should have inflation raises), and better explanation of equity grants / how to value them - A more generous fitness stipend beyond what BCBS insurance provides

What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy their company and working with them. We aren't afraid to challenge each other and push each other outside of our comfort zones for continuous improvement.

The work we do/products we build. I enjoy seeing our software brought to life/put to use. It's really cool to see it out in the wild and track the data on how it's performing.
