It's been a good experience. I enjoy my job and feel good overall. It would be nice if the company would give us the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve off as part of our paid holidays every year.

I am newer, but so far this has been my favorite job and company to work for yet. I love what I do and where I get to do my job. The culture is great and I appreciate the candid approach everyone has.

This is the best company I have ever worked for. The work is meaningful and the compensation is more than fair. I face challenges on a daily basis but my work is never so challenging that it prevents me from completing tasks. Everyone I work with is amazing.

The quotas have been unattainable since I started here. There are too many variables that are out of thre control of the IM. Too much work goes into the due diligence stage to be worth a $60k base. There should be a higher base and less emphasis on commission.

While I don't feel undervalued necessarily, I do wish that base pay for IM's were more in line and competitive with market conditions. Also, there have been a few months where I was prevented from reaching higher goal attainment due to extenuating circumstances/delays from other depts. (UW, AS, etc)

Because of inflation, it's becoming difficult to save for the future. This burdensome financial stress does negatively impact my focus, and at times, I feel like a fraud saying we're helping homeowners when in reality, I feel like I need more funds, too. I was forced to take a second job.

I think 'excited' is not the word I feel about going into work everyday. About once a quarter I'm given a task that pushes me and gets me excited. Otherwise I'm grateful to have a job and am happy I get along with my co workers - if we were in person more I think I'd be happier/more excited
