Weak leadership right now. Focus and motivate.
leadership needs to hold each other accountable. for real.
leadership is lacking and not willing to recognize their team.
the team I manage is top notch. I would hire them any time any where.

It's fine. The people are the only reason I stay.
The leadership team needs to stop micro managing. They need to fire low performers and develop the folks looking to grow. They need to stop letting tech supply constraints limit their ability to ship whole products. Currently the shipped product is no where near the design. The dev resources seem mismanaged, and since that is the manufacturing piece of their supply chain it needs to be addressed asap.
