Micro managing. In my department, the phone rings non-stop. Our manager wants to control every minute of our day.

Less micro managing. Less threats of disciplinary action from management even if you are not the one that made the mistake.

The interviews were laid back. They were personable. No one involved in my interviews tried to play the psychology games. They asked straight forward questions that were about you.

The management culture at my site would have to be completely overhauled. Working people into the ground by working them 12 to 16 hours a day and expecting them to perform safely and efficiently is not realistic.
