I have only been with the company now for 4 years however I have seen a difference. For a while I thought that the mgmt. team was disjointed however they conducted a cultural survey and since then many say, me included, that they have got their stuff together much better than before.

I think it is the total package itself, when you add every aspect of what we get. They are also very understanding of when an employee needs work life balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compesation is very variable, and I've never got the chance to get the 100% of my compensation due to diverse factors that are outside of my control.

People tend to have positive attitude and to always find solutions to any problem that may present on the day to day.

I know it will sound cheesy but I think they care for us I really think so. The culture is one where the employee and his or her passion comes first, we need it in order to create.
