The leadership team are down to earth and approachable. We receive honest and open communication and have regular access to the leadership team on a weekly basis.

Constructive feedback from leadership and I felt they genuinely cared about my opinion. A willingness to listen and learn is one of the things that shone through the IL interview process.

The focus on wellbeing at Immersive Labs is emphasized at every turn. We are given access to funds to learn anything we want and also access to a meditation app. We also have Wellness Wednesdays which have included fun activities for us to try.
