What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its a flat hierarchy, I can ping James or any of the execs on Slack in the same way I can message someone in my team. No egos, everyone is pulling in the same direction.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We get on. You spend the majority of your life at work, so for me its vital you can relate and have fun with your team. A bonus if you have a laugh going for a beer together which we do at Immersive.
