The leadership team are very transparent in communication, they know they aren't perfect and are working towards building an amazing company. There have been a few bumps along the way like any company.

Nothing is holy and they aren't afraid to make big changes or shift strategy where there's good reason to do so.
Leadership is open and accessible. I appreciate that in generally every call or meeting I've had with leadership there is always a clear ask for feedback in the moment, and a desire to receive continuous feedback. Leadership sets a great culture of openness and transparency.
