What do you like best about the leadership team?

The openness to feedback and how easy they are to approach.

The leadership team are very transparent in communication, they know they aren't perfect and are working towards building an amazing company. There have been a few bumps along the way like any company.

They are very present and accessible. Regarding any serious workplace issue their doors are always open.

Nothing is holy and they aren't afraid to make big changes or shift strategy where there's good reason to do so.
