What did you like most about the interview process?
The people I met and the honesty about where we were in our journey.
I got to meet the wider team I would be joining and see the office
They were very clear about what they were looking for, what material I would need to present and what questions I would need to answer. There weren't really any surprises and I felt happy and relaxed whilst talking to my interviewers each time and not intimidated

Got to meet the team, and they answered a lot of my questions around the work, the culture and the benefits.
It was clear and transparent.
They care about you as an individual, they take into account your personal intricacies and genuinely want to get the best out of you.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly, respectful, asked good questions. The process felt very conversational.
Meeting people from different teams as well as most of the team I was going to join. It felt like a normal conversation over anything too formal.

It was a long process but I thought it was fairly straightforward and the response was very prompt.
It was not a quick fire question round, each round was a conversation about what Immersive/I could bring each other.
There were no red herrings/ white lies like you get in some interviews, and the interviewers were great at making it as non-nervewracking as possible
