The culture is great, being remote based in the middle of a pandemic would usually bring its own challenges but the team and extended team have been so welcoming it hasn't been an issue. The platform is going from strength to strength and I am grateful to be part of this ride.

Of my knowledge I think my pay is inline with similar roles in the industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its a flat hierarchy, I can ping James or any of the execs on Slack in the same way I can message someone in my team. No egos, everyone is pulling in the same direction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get on. You spend the majority of your life at work, so for me its vital you can relate and have fun with your team. A bonus if you have a laugh going for a beer together which we do at Immersive.
