What do you like best about the leadership team?
On my 2nd or 3rd day in the office, James introduced himself to me, the thing that really stood out, he knew my name, having had several CEO's in my time, it blew my mind that he actually cared enough, not just to say hello, but to know who I was.

I absolutely love the 'learn anything' fund. I've been able to learn so many new skills and pursue interests I wouldn't have done off my own back, it's a clear indication of how much this company cares about the people behind the laptops.
