The leadership team are always open to suggestions and feedback, it's never a one-way system with them.

The culture is really supportive - if you do something great, we shout about it and give recognition where it's due.

The split of technical / cultural questions. It showed me that the company cares about the people it hires, not only the competencies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone in my team cares about making the best product and isn't afraid to try new things or explore alternative approaches. It's exciting to be in a team that doesn't stand still but that proactively finds ways to make things better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I absolutely love the 'learn anything' fund. I've been able to learn so many new skills and pursue interests I wouldn't have done off my own back, it's a clear indication of how much this company cares about the people behind the laptops.
