My experience has been good, it's exciting to work at Immersive although very fast paced, it's challenging at times with interesting problems to solve.

Were trying to do something bigger than ourselves by changing the cyber industry, making in more human and the world and internet a safer place.

Good salary, extra benefits like learn anything, extra days off for new experiences and home working fund + stock options so I feel like everything I do contributes towards my future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are open and like to have fun, we get to work on interesting projects and aren't siloed into our specific jobs, feels like we have a real impact on the companies success.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Before Covid there were lots of in-person social activities that took place, this has been hard to replicate post-Covid but I think it's some key so we don't dilute the great culture previously developed at Immersive Labs.
