Yes, I do! I would feel better if the organization as a while treated its providers better, appreciated and cared about.

Since I do in-home caregiving, the clients are the best since there are the true consumers of the "products" of my service to them.

again, since it is a job-based in the homes of the consumers/clients, it depends on day today, but over all it is positive as long as the clients are happy and healthy.

Seeing my clients well taken care of by myself is that the entire system of prover/client dynamics stays positive, via my ability to earn a liveable income. when that balance shifts, it can become hard to stay happy at work.

It was several years ago, and not like typical interviewing processes. since in my case, I already personally knew most of my clients, it was a matter of the consumer telling the organization who they chose to be their in-home caregiver.
