Kerry has potential but they consistently get in their own way. "Edmond says" and "Edmond won't like that" are phrases bandied about dozens of times daily as reasons to NOT try new ways of working, to NOT promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, to continue to ignore employee value. It's gross.
