What do you like best about the leadership team?

Complement leaders who are already spread too thin.

Leadership on shop floor great guys the graduates up stair and the mangment what a waste of time

It is an outstanding group

Most of them seem honest in wanting to help make things better at all levels of the organization. They ask for input and I've seen them act on some of it. I know we can't do everything that everyone wants done and they do usually tell us when something can't be done and why.

Good clear communication between leadership and all levels of employees

They try and keep everyone informed on what is going on with the company

No idea about operations. Not my problem type of attitude

Getting rid of the middle managemnet which only follows thebrules and does mot drove to solutikns.

People skills and how they are with other

Communication. Letting staff know about holidays sooner. Spend less time in the canteen. And on the shopfloor.
