Though working remote, we over communicate. When we have meetings and/or gather at one location, the interaction is productive and we make it fun or at least entertaining.
Local teams are awesome. It’s the “outside” interference that derails any notion of a positive (and subsequently more productive) work

Get rid of the dead wood
Telling the truth. We shouldn’t have to run around with a gopro cam or be mic’d up. Fitness for duty test-establish which positions require it and who needs to take it. Attitu
Strategic support, some level of trust and autonomy to make decisions necessary to do our jobs, a semblance of work-life balance to avoid burnout and for Edmond to get whatever stick the leaders in Ireland seems to think he has out of his backside so we can plan and implement meaningful change.
Like I said you need to be honest first and stop monitoring people in people have lives your job is not the world
