Complement leaders who are already spread too thin.
Leadership on shop floor great guys the graduates up stair and the mangment what a waste of time
It is an outstanding group
Most of them seem honest in wanting to help make things better at all levels of the organization. They ask for input and I've seen them act on some of it. I know we can't do everything that everyone wants done and they do usually tell us when something can't be done and why.
Good clear communication between leadership and all levels of employees
Getting rid of the middle managemnet which only follows thebrules and does mot drove to solutikns.

Communication. Letting staff know about holidays sooner. Spend less time in the canteen. And on the shopfloor.
Kerry leaders make choices within a constrained range of options they believe are dictated by Edmond or by external pressures that are out of their control (e.g. the labour market), yet truly are dependent on factors internal to the organisation that impact the external market, such as rate of pay.
Understanding the business from the ground up and how the business actually operates.
The amount of pay received
It is the reason local managers are here - that is, until corporate leadership belittling and systems/technologies unfit for any business of any size drives them to the brink of mental breakdown.
I think my pay is fair within the market. Everyone would like to make more.
Holidays, sick leave and pension contributions
Benefits were decent, but you’ll be making full use of them to treat your ailing heal
It does not justify the amount of work
More understanding about people stations and better pay for work haveing to change they life style all time and quick to suit them
Kerry pays competitively, but the problem is that wages in general have not kept up with inflation. I would love a cost of living pay increase to reflect what it actually costs to live now compared to 10 years ago.
Because as a factory worker. After working all throw covid lock down. Office staff got £500 bonus for working at home. We got nothing. And still no sign of a pay review
Women still experience significant pay inequity at Kerry. In bonus compensation for leaders, as an example, there is a shocking 160% difference between what men are paid compared to women. The CEO should have his ("his" works for all the CEOs for Kerry Group, by the way) bonuses tied to fixing this.
We like to work together
Friendly, cooperative, most are trustworthy, reliable and can be depended upon.
I'm surrounded by very talented people who genuinely want to better the company. They are willing to share their knowledge with others and offer support without prompting. Kerry is a leader in our industry today and has a great vision and plan for the future. It's a great place to be.
Hardworking and resilient and able to handle the Kerry culture
Good hardworking team each bringing their own experience
Consistency in training. Agree with one another on what needs to be done. Establish what acceptable criteria is. Don’t be passive aggressive. Speak up. Tell the truth. Be open. Don’t make snide remarks about one another. Don’t be afraid to be et
Well it starts with the management they need to correct their behavior first then they can work their way down to the employees
Though working remote, we over communicate. When we have meetings and/or gather at one location, the interaction is productive and we make it fun or at least entertaining.
Local teams are awesome. It’s the “outside” interference that derails any notion of a positive (and subsequently more productive) work
This is a flat organization. My access to senior leaders and their interest in what I have to say is fantastic!
Innovation and exciting projects to continually work on
The way we are positive
Get rid of the dead wood
Strategic support, some level of trust and autonomy to make decisions necessary to do our jobs, a semblance of work-life balance to avoid burnout and for Edmond to get whatever stick the leaders in Ireland seems to think he has out of his backside so we can plan and implement meaningful change.
Like I said you need to be honest first and stop monitoring people in people have lives your job is not the world
Telling the truth. We shouldn’t have to run around with a gopro cam or be mic’d up. Fitness for duty test-establish which positions require it and who needs to take it. Attitu

The people were open and honest
Nice team of people in both interviews very welcoming which relaxed me
Better insight into what the actual responsibilities of the position will be
The amount of pay received
The people, results, feeling accomplishment, recognition is not frequest, but it is sincere.
Feeling my work matters. Knowing others care what I'm doing, how it's going, and that support is there if I need it.
My team makes me happy
The sense of acheivment on continuously improving
Continue hiring qualified and capable plant teams and let them run their part of the business. Invest in systems that are fit for a multinational corporation in 2024. And shed the terroristic levels outside of the plants that are stumbling over each other in fear trying to justify their existence.
