What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Continue hiring qualified and capable plant teams and let them run their part of the business. Invest in systems that are fit for a multinational corporation in 2024. And shed the terroristic levels outside of the plants that are stumbling over each other in fear trying to justify their existence.
