It does not justify the amount of work
More understanding about people stations and better pay for work haveing to change they life style all time and quick to suit them
Kerry pays competitively, but the problem is that wages in general have not kept up with inflation. I would love a cost of living pay increase to reflect what it actually costs to live now compared to 10 years ago.
Because as a factory worker. After working all throw covid lock down. Office staff got £500 bonus for working at home. We got nothing. And still no sign of a pay review
Women still experience significant pay inequity at Kerry. In bonus compensation for leaders, as an example, there is a shocking 160% difference between what men are paid compared to women. The CEO should have his ("his" works for all the CEOs for Kerry Group, by the way) bonuses tied to fixing this.

Continue hiring qualified and capable plant teams and let them run their part of the business. Invest in systems that are fit for a multinational corporation in 2024. And shed the terroristic levels outside of the plants that are stumbling over each other in fear trying to justify their existence.
