Feeling my work matters. Knowing others care what I'm doing, how it's going, and that support is there if I need it.

The sense of acheivment on continuously improving
Maybe that I can make a difrence.
Problem solving and learning new or better ways of completing tasks
Getting to work with fantastic people and expand my experience set
Knowing that nothing I really do is going to be critical as it's all abandoned anyway. Most of what we do at Kerry seems to tossed in the sea of ever-changing directions we seem to go in. The Global Shared Services model is the latest example of half-baked improvements that won't go anywhere.
I feel like I am doing something worth while
Continue hiring qualified and capable plant teams and let them run their part of the business. Invest in systems that are fit for a multinational corporation in 2024. And shed the terroristic levels outside of the plants that are stumbling over each other in fear trying to justify their existence.

Bring in new management into our depot.
