They work you down to the bone with no compensation. Staff morale events are forced to be funded by employees themselves. Yet, management is the first to send emails, memos, and notices celebrating the fact that the head manager agreed to contribute $100 towards a morale boosting event for staff.

They make you do an assessment that takes up to two hours before you can even have your actual interview.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
The benefits are awful. The pay is minimal. We do all the work for the clinicians. All they do is talk to the patients for 5 minutes. Regular staff are the ones refilling meds, writing/signing forms, tracking med usage, corresponding with other clinics etc.
