Setting my own hours and schedule

Exploitive. Lots of work with little pay or benefits nor time off.

I love the other providers and front office staff. We have been a good community, but increasingly isolated from each other since LifeStance bought our clinic. As a remote worker, there are events I can't attend, and I barely interact with my coworkers.

The providers in the office have a tight knit team.
