What do you like best about the leadership team?
Supportive, relaxed, approachable, kind, trustworthy
Local team is 10/10. Corporate doesnt communicate.
Great local team but the company is a dud
They listen to the feedback we give them through our surveys.
Seem to be fairly accessible and open to input.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting employees, providing concise, accurate, and consistent information. Consistent training and instruction. STOP micro-managing, stop making threats during meetings of people losing their jobs.
New leadership and just go out of buisness
Equality, fair and equal treatment.
I can't even tell you how terrible my mgt was
recognizing that they need to better compensate their therapists

More and more work is being added every single day with no compensatiin changes

Higher compensation rates, more transparency in recruiting, PTO
Lack of pay, no time off, no chance for raise, lack of support
better pay means better pay
I make about 20% of the fee charged by Lifestance per session. We have no paid time off, no holidays, no actual support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the other providers and front office staff. We have been a good community, but increasingly isolated from each other since LifeStance bought our clinic. As a remote worker, there are events I can't attend, and I barely interact with my coworkers.
The providers in the office have a tight knit team.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Theres not anything my coworkers can do to be better, we are all struggling together

Co-workers feel the same way, none of us feel like it does any good to say anything
No existent, morale is so low. If you need to earn a barely livable raise, you'd have to see 40+ patients a week. Thats not livable if you have a family though
No interaction at all with anyone
There are no coworkers on site

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership. Collaboration. Consultation. Training. Staff meetings that are worthy of being there as they arent paid.
Everything. I believe the company is beyond repair. I hope they lose all their pending lawsuits, so they can take accountabilty.
More involvement with staff, to realize explore how they are doing and feeling. Communication, in a timely fashion. Transparency in rates.
Hire more staff members. There is not enough staff to provide good service.
More pay, more staff, and a clear business plan

Everyone appeared to be upbeat

It was easy and well organized
It was transparent the entire time, or so I thought.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Do an interview. They bought all these clinics and never met the clinicians.
Interview was not comprehensive and did not reflect the actual job description
They make you do an assessment that takes up to two hours before you can even have your actual interview.
Be less robotic and seem more interested in the candidate
to tell the truth about the process
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my patients every day
Everyone gets along no drama
My co-workers and clients do.
I am most happy about payday.
accomplishing a project and having positive outcomes.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This company only cares about profits

The company is hopeless due to poor management. They should sell to a different company or close up shop.
Same reasons as mentioned above.
Billing issues are a struggle to resolve.
This is a failing company. Refuses to invest in areas that would improve reputation.
