Absolutely everything. Work on getting benefits and PTO for therapists. They are breaking the backs of the very people who make the company profitable but don’t seem to understand that you can’t just throw money at people, balance and security are import
Be truthful about what the pay and do not overload therapists. Be honest about not helping others to keep a work/life balance. They want you to see as many clients as possible and don't worry about your mental health.
Understanding the heaviness associated with mental health administration. There is no support or follow up with administrative staff handling situations they are not qualified for.

Consistent communication, and training in how to talk to employees. Leadership is full of people that have no provider experience, yet they're managing providers.
