There is flexibility in your schedule and your ability to cater your practice at the cost of no PTO, losing a large chunk of your income, constantly changing arbitrary policies, overpaid/unnecessary CEOs, lack of in-person support staff and organization so I'm not sure why I'm giving away my income.

EMR is terrible so portal is terrible for patients. Patients can't get through to support staff or billing.

I like my colleagues. I like being able to consult when I have questions. It's the only thing keeping me from going to private practice.

Being given more of what I earn, or being given PTO with better benefits plus more support from support staff. I would prefer the former/

Better benefits (we need PTO and higher percentages of what we earn, and we need fewer execs). We're losing sight of the clinical nature of the business.
