Tiring and under paid, feels like a dread each day wondering if we will have a screaming toddler angry dad or a mom that is trying to constantly get me to lower the price. some of the people we deal with is annoying. a 5 year old is NOT going to smile perfectly and sit like a doll Ma'am sorry.

Better pay for Part-Time because literally all but manegement jobs at the portrait studio are under paid and part time so its impossible to work. longer.

They're super nice and always helpful. some of them lack the effort part when it comes to the actual job... but it makes sense based on how much they're getting paid

Customers need to learn that not every photo will be perfect and to stop yelling and forcing kids to do photos if the child it in literal tears... and management needs to be more mindful of employees time.

Very nice and always understanding... but in the over half a year of working here I've had almost 4 different managers and it can get stressful trying to find out who's in charge at the time and who to call.

Open and easy. Basically you tell them why you want the job, then tell them your strengths regarding the position (are you good at sales/photography?) then your weaknesses (be honest but not make urself look bad). they really like honesty and creativity in your responses.
